- Shop content — product names, descriptions, prices, and photos you add to your shop.
- Usage data — basic interaction logs used to diagnose issues and improve the product.
We do not collect payment card details. Any payment processing is handled directly between you and your customers.
How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate and secure your account.
- Operate and improve the Sotka platform.
- Send transactional messages such as sign-in codes.
- Respond to support requests.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We limit access to your data to what is required to operate the service.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data as part of providing their functionality:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel — web hosting and edge delivery.
- Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth.
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
Your Rights

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
