By accessing or using Sotka (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Sotka Provides

Sotka is a platform that allows individuals and small businesses to create and share online shops. You can add products, set prices, and share a storefront link with your customers. Sotka does not process payments on your behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Sotka account and have the legal right to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Sotka. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You agree not to publish content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Misrepresents products or pricing.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sotka lawfully and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unavailability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Sotka is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Sotka at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects when changes last took effect. Continued use of Sotka after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, under which ASADI AI LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
